Here goes nothing!

I did it! I bought a sewing machine. I went to Costco and bought a Singer 6199. I have to admit, I am intimidated! That's okay......I am going to get through this! I am going to teach myself to sew! I have threaded it AND read the instruction manual. I have watched several tutorials online on how to make a potholder. I think that is what I will try first. A pot holder. Not to big, not to small.

Next post will be an update on how it went, and my pics to show off if it is a failure or a success! We will have to see!
